Known for seamless transitions and an instinctive ability to read the room, his sound moves confidently through house, UK garage, hip-hop, R&B, Afro, indie, and electronic music.
A self-taught musician on piano, guitar, and bass, DmoCobb began DJing in 2011 and refined his musical ear as an on-air DJ for KTSW 89.9 FM. His approach blends technical precision with thoughtful programming, delivering polished performances that adapt effortlessly to both packed dance floors and curated brand environments.
His résumé includes performances alongside Walshy Fire, Habstrakt, and Kill The Noise, as well as releases on respected labels including Fedde Le Grand’s Darklight Recordings. In recent years, he has expanded beyond traditional nightlife into cultural and branded experiences, performing at Circuit of the Americas, Cabana Club’s Austin’s Future of Wellness, and high-profile private events.

A Houston native with a lengthy history of music: Self-taught on the piano, guitar, and bass in middle school and played in bands throughout high school. After getting his first controller in 2011, Cobb started DJ’ing at house parties and fell in love with mixing and working a room.
Music is a healer. You never know whose night you made from playing that one song! He also began to dabble in producing and recording demos with FL Studio and Sony Acid (yes, sony acid).
Dmo was able to master his craft in college, where he got involved with the underground music scene and college party scene. He also worked as an on-air DJ for local radio station KTSW 89.9FM in San Marcos.
The dynamic range can be seen on his resume, playing opening sets for artists such as; Walshy Fire, Habstrakt, and Kill The Noise. DJ’ing at venues like The Marc, Higher Ground & Devil May Care in Central Texas along the way.
